At Riverview Charter School, students are receiving a high quality, well rounded education. Using hands-on learning and teaching the “whole child”, they are learning much more than reading, writing and arithmetic. Riverview is a public school funded by Beaufort County resident tax dollars. Any student residing in Beaufort County School District is eligible to attend, there is NO TUITION.

It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Current Riverview students, the siblings of current Riverview students, the children of Riverview faculty and staff, and the children of Riverview’s Charter Committee members have “priority” in admissions and are not part of the lottery process in accordance with the SC Charter Schools Act (1996).
Enrollment Policies
Riverview is a public school and is funded by your tax dollars. Any student residing within the Beaufort County School District is eligible to attend and as a public school there is NO TUITION.

Open Enrollment is held in January of each year. In order to apply, you must complete and return our Application for Enrollment between January 1 and January 31 each year. If more applications are received than seats are available, the School must conduct a grade level lottery to determine enrollment in accordance with the SC Charter School Act (1996). If a seat is relinquished, the first student on the wait list for that particular grade level will be offered the available seat.
